Edwards told Kay he was a truck driver for Harold Schantz Trucking, Akron, Ohio. He never was, and had been fired after his release from Leavenworth Prison, for stealing a truckload of tires.

1970, January 3rd. Baltimore, Maryland. Sister Catherine Ann Cesnik body is found. She had been kidnapped November 7th, 1969. Police reopen investigation August 1994 in an attempt to arrest a priest.

Edwards continues to kill in the Zodiac Killings.

1970, February 7th. Akron Ohio. Edward’s second child David Edwards is born.

1970, March 14. Portland, Oregon. Robert Brom convicted in Edwards’ 1960 Lovers Lane murder of Larry Peyton and Beverly Allen

1970, April 6th Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Sam Sheppard, a man born in the same town as Edwards and setup by Edwards in 1954 for killing his pregnant wife Marilyn, dies.

1970, April 20th. San Francisco. Edwards sends the 13 character Identity Cipher.

Edwards used letters from his 13 letter name “Edward Edwards” and his wife “Kay Edwards” name and made symbols in mirror image as part of the cipher. The K in the puzzle equaled E for Kay Edwards. The Zodiac sign equaled D as it did in the solved three part cipher sent a year earlier. Neal Best of Great Falls Montana solved all the Zodiac Killer ciphers in August, 2010. The letter was hand written in large cursive scrip, six pages long though the pages were marked A through F instead of being numbered.

“Look back 40 years in the Robison family. They has a deep dark secret. The night the Robison family was kill in that cabin I seen it and heard it because it wake me up I could not go back to sleep. I told my family that lots of people got kill not so far from here…I told them what the men’s look like I see them in spirit…he is Robison own son the hate came from his mother she taught the boy all of that hate it is so bad.” The writer described detail of the ‘two’ killers. 1971, November 24th. Portland, Oregon. Edwards commits the DB COOPER plane heist and gets away with 200,000 dollars. The plane ticket is signed Dan Cooper.

Ed Edwards committed the DB COOPER heist in November, 1971 in Portland, Oregon on the month of the 10 year anniversary of him making the FBIs Most Wanted Man list in Portland in November, 1961

Kay Edwards helps him write it after their marriage. The cover contains a man wearing a suit and carrying an Attaché. Edwards placed the same man on the cover of both books. The man carrying the Attaché is the reason he wrote the word Attaché in the JonBenet Ramsey case.

1972, October, New York City. Edwards appears on the TV show To Tell The Truth, brags about being a suspect in a double murder in 1960, and taunts America with his identity.

Homicide Rates in the 70s go up while Edwards is free from prison

1974, July 29th, Great Falls, Montana. Michael Dudas is shot in the face and two shots put to the side of his head with a 25 auto. The murder occurred in an apartment at 10th street and 2 ave north. (Did Edwards return to Great Falls to Kill? The apartment Michael Dudas was shot in, was rented by Edward Wayne Edwards in 1956 when he arrived in Great Falls to Kill Patty Kalitske and Duane Bogle. Edwards ended up in Deer Lodge Prison 1956-59, as he had mentioned in the above Zodiac Killer Letter, “In 1959 most people were killing time, Kit and Holly were killing people.”)

1975, July 30th. Detroit Michigan. Teamster’s president Jimmy Hoffa disappears after arranging a meeting with someone unknown at a restaurant. Hoffa had met Edwards in 1967 in Leavenworth. Edwards contacted the FBI after Hoffa’s disappearance and claimed to have information. Edwards was living in Florida at the time two agents came by and questioned him. (Transcript Kay Edward Eds wife) “The one thing I recall also is when Jimmy Hoffa was killed, uh….I can’t remember if it was FBI or who it was…it was when we were living in Florida at the time…they came to the house because he supplied them with information.” 1977,78. Like I said, there’s a lot of times I wasn’t around and if I found out things he did that…while I wasn’t there….so it’s kind of like saying “I don’t know what he does when I’m not there.

1975, August 5th. Chicago Illinois. After killing Jimmy Hoffa, Edwards grants an interview to the Chicago Tribune:

“It was in Chicago at the Greyhound Bus Station that I first found out I was on the most wanted list. I was waiting for the bus to Norfolk, Virginia, and I went to the newsstand, and there was my picture in True Detective magazine–wanted for double murder. The thinking criminal could go a lifetime without being apprehended if he played it the right way. I spent a year on the most wanted list, something I’m not proud of, but at the time considered it a game. The FBI concentrated its efforts on me because I did things to aggravate them. Because I found out later I was in crime only for the recognition. I wouldn’t let the FBI know where I was going, but I wanted them to know I’d been there. I changed cities often and completely reversed habits to throw off what they had on my previous modus–operandi. I found cab drivers to be the most observant people, and many times was confronted by citizens who knew they knew me, but couldn’t make the final association of the top ten list.” *(*Edward Wayne Edwards, Chicago Tribune interview, August 5, 1975.) 1975, October 30-31, Greenwich Connecticut. Martha Moxley, age 17 killed. Halloween killing. Nancy Grace settles lawsuit regarding Martha Murder 2014

Michael Skakel, a 16 year old Kennedy relative in 1975, was arrested and convicted in 2002 of the Martha Moxley Murder. Skakel was released October 2013 and a new trial ordered after a judge threw out the case with no evidence. Edwards blogged about the case in 2002 just after Michael Skakel’s conviction, on Zodiackiller.com. He told everyone how easy it would be to convict anyone on the Zodiac Killer case if the jury was able to convict Michael Skakel with no evidence.

A while back there were some folks on here that posted about a Zodiac trial. I think it was in reference not just to Allen, but to anybody accused of being Z. The conclusions were that the case would be a defense attorney’s dream and the prosecution would suffer a terrible defeat because there was no physical evidence, no eyewitnesses, and the fact that 33 years have passed. Well, with the Skakel verdict in, maybe these same people will realize that it’s possible for jurors to decide cases that are well-presented without 21st century evidence. “Some legal experts initially thought the prosecution’s case would be a disaster, with no direct physical evidence, no eyewitnesses and the blurring of memories after the passage of 27 years.”

“For all our fascination with forensics, for all the absolutes of science, confessions count, witnesses count,” said University of California law professor Susan Estrich. “In many respects, the time lag made it an old-fashioned trial, a question of who — not what — do you believe.”

Does everybody still agree that it would be impossible to convict Allen (if alive) in light of the results of this trial?

Notice a pattern in the past 6 months or so? Every high profile trial (those that attracted nationwide attention) in the past few months has resulted in a guilty verdict? I think that since September 11 jurors aren’t interested in hearing any escuses. If the prosecution presents a basicly sound (not necessarily airtight) case the jury isn’t interested in what the defense has to say. 1) Jan. 7, 1976, San Mateo California. 18-year-old Veronica “Ronnie” Cascio STABBED. This murder is on the 30 year anniversary of EDWARDS killing 6 year old Suzanne Degnan in Chicago, January 6-7, 1946.
2) Jan. 24, 1976, San Mateo California. 14-year-old Tanya Blackwell STABBED. This murder occurred on the anniversary of EDWARDS sending the San Francisco Examiner the contents of Elizabeth Shorts purse and a letter. She was known as The Black Dahlia Edwards had killed Elizabeth Short on January 15th 1947 and sent the Examiner her purse and a photo of himself with her in a photo booth just before he killed her. 3) Feb. 2-4, 1976, 17-year-old Paula Baxter body found STABBED, SMASHED HEAD. February 4th, 1972. This murder occurred the day Edwards mailed Burton Abbott Judge Snook letter in 1956 in Oakland, California, in the Burton Abbott case, threatening revenge and a bomb on the Bay area if they executed Burton Abbott. In January of 2014 police charged Rodney Halblower with the killings of Paula Baxter and Veronica Cascio

Edwards leaves California in February 1976 and goes to Oakland County ,Detroit Michigan where the FBI is hosting a Jimmy Hoffa conference. He starts killing kids in Oakland County Michigan to tie the murders in California and Michigan together. He does it in the back yard of the biggest FBI conference on Jimmy Hoffa.

 

1976, February 15, Detroit Michigan. Oakland County Child Murders begin near Detroit. Edwards is there because the FBI is hosting a Jimmy Hoffa task force. Mark Stebbins, 12, of Ferndale, was last seen leaving an American Legion Hall on Sunday afternoon, February 15, 1976. He had told his mother he was going home to watch television. His body was found on February 19, neatly laid out in a snow bank in the parking lot of an office building at Ten Mile Road and Greenfield in Southfield (some reports claim Oak Park; Greenfield is the boundary between the two cities). He had been strangled and sexually assaulted with an object. Rope marks were seen on his wrists. He was fully clothed in the outfit he was wearing when last seen alive.

1976, December 22nd Detroit Michigan. Oakland County Child Murders. Jill Robinson, 12, of Royal Oak, packed a backpack and ran away from her home on Wednesday, December 22, 1976, following an argument with her mother over dinner preparations. The day after her disappearance, her bicycle was found behind a hobby store on Main Street in that city. Her body was found on the morning of December 26, along the side of Interstate 75 near Big Beaver Road in Troy. She was killed by a single shotgun blast to the face. She was fully clothed and still wearing her backpack. The body was placed within sight of the Troy police station, once again, laid out neatly in the snow.
1977, January 2nd. Detroit Michigan. Oakland County Child Murders Kristine Mihelich, 10, of Berkley, was last seen Sunday, January 2, 1977 at 3:00 pm at a 7-Eleven store on Twelve Mile Road at Oakshire in Berkley, purchasing a magazine. A mail carrier spotted her fully clothed body 19 days later on the side of a rural road in Franklin Village. She had been smothered. The body was laid within view of nearby homes, eyes closed and arms folded across the chest, once again in the snow.
1977, February 17th. Mayo Clinic Rochester Minnesota and Chicago Illinois. Edwards kidnaps and kills Helen Brach. Helen Brach, fortune owner of the Brach Candy Company disappears. Helen Brach was a single, rich animal activist that was about to inform to the FBI that she suspected she was being fraudently taken advantage of by a Chicago con man tied to Sylas Jane, a notorious gangster, con man horse thief trader. The insurance horse scam is the same ruse Edwards used on Mr. Richard Robison in Michigan, June 1968, 7 years before Helen Brach disappeared. Nobody knows who Helen had been taken advantage of, but he was described as a 40 something, nice looking man. It was Edwards and nobody knew his name. Helen was picked up by someone she knew at the Mayo Clinic, February 17th and never got back on the plane to Chicago. Edwards had ties to the Mayo clinic two years before Helen disappeared and ties to Minneapolis as early as 1960. Edwards had portrayed himself as a psychiatrist in Minnesota with paying customers in 1960. He pulled the same ruse in Chicago, 1955. Helen Brach was last seen at the Mayo Clinic. 1977, June 13th. Wheeling, West Virginia. Sister Roberta Elam is killed at Mount Saint Joseph Covenant. She is strangled and her clothes are pulled down to her ankles. She is killed on June 13th, the day before Edward Wayne Edwards 44th Birthday. (June 14th 1933)

1977, July 30, 31 and August 1, Camp Kenesatake, Pennsylvania. Edwards appears at a retreat in Pennsylvania promoting his rehabilitation. He will kill a couple that looks like this in 8 days in OHIO.

1977, November 23rd, Thanksgiving. Wilkinsburg Pennsylvania. Beth Lynn Barr, age 6. Kidnapped on Princeton boulevard by a man described as White male, 40’s, 5ft 10-11 in, brown curly hair, Aviator style overcoat, Sunglasses, driving a blue car with red and white out of state plates, later ID as possible Ohio plates. Edwards was living in Ohio and killed in August 1977 in Norton Ohio.

Wilkinsburg Pennsylvania is plagued by unsolved murders 1977-79. Some are on very important dates for Edwards. 1) Sept 27, 1977 Frank Zigler shot in the head. 2) October 22, 1977, Joe Feeny, age 17 shot in the neck. 3) Donna and Richard Hide, December 1 and December 4th 1977, shot and beat. Donna was found beaten Three Days after Richard was found shot in their home. 4) November 20th, 1977, William and Nancy Adams, William killed with shotgun, Nancy still missing. 5) Susan Elizabeth Rush age 21, November 25, 1977

1978, April 24th San Francisco, California. Edwards mails Zodiac letter letting everyone know he is still alive and killing.

1978, April 30th. Fort Collins, Colorado, Poudre Creek Roosevelt National Forest. Edwards kills 9 year old Christopher Vigil while he was hiking with his parents. His body was never found.

1978, May, LosAngeles, California. KHJTV Edwards mails a Zodiac Killer letter. The upper left corner of the envelope contains the numbers 1-7 in mirror image and 7 letters in mirror image. The name EDWARDS is 7 letters.

1979, March 7th Middle Sex Pennsylvania. Cheryl Ann Nees murdered at convenience store. In 1988 a man named John Peter Laskaris will be charged with this murder after Edwards informed to police.

1979, November 25th. LosAngeles, California. Steve Hodel connects the Zodiac Killer to the Manson Family. Ed Edwards grew up with Charles Manson in Cleveland, Ohio in the 30s and 40s, and was in prison with him in 1952 in Chillicothe. Both Edwards and Manson were paroled in 1967 and terrorized the same area in California. Steve Hodel Research

1979, July. THE ATLANTA CHILD MURDERS START. EDWARDS IS LIVING IN FLORIDA , ATLANTA AND PENNSYLVANIA AT THE TIME Edwards is living in Ocala Florida with his family. He has burned several homes in Pennsylvania and Ohio and fleeing with his wife and children. His wife recalls him being interviewed by two FBI agents in regards to missing Teamsters President, Jimmy Hoffa. Edwards knew Hoffa in Leavenworth. Edwards flees after the interview and forces his family to stop all contact with friends. His children told of Ed killing small black boys with baseball bats during this time. He sells all his belongings and moves his family into campgrounds between Florida and Arizona. He is traveling between east coast and west coast repeatedly, through Atlanta during the murders of 24 black children. His family says he is killing black children. In 1982 he is caught in Atlanta and he has been living with a policeman. The police recover a police uniform in a Butler Pennsylvania arson tied to Edwards. The uniform is from the Marietta Georgia Police Department, a suburb of Atlanta. Edwards was posing as a police officer during the Atlanta murders 1979-1982. 1979, August 24, 1979. Akron Ohio. Ricky Beard, age 19 and Mary Leonard, age 18, Ritual Kidnap, Lover’s Lane. Murder
1979, August 30th. Erie Pennsylvania. Deborah Sweets home is ravaged by fire. A man named Louise P DiNicola is arrested for the crime in 1980 and acquitted. He is retried in 1983 and Edwards provides testimony that DiNicola confessed. DiNicola is again acquitted and sues Edwards in 1998 the court finds that Edwards couldn’t be sued. Edwards False Testimony in a 1979 Arson Edwards sent a Zodiac letter in 1981 to Atlanta taunting them and claiming he lit the match that killed the children.

1979, September 4. Atlanta, Georgia. Milton Harvey 14 Ritual Kidnap Murder
1979, September 17th. Erie Pennsylvania. Deborah Sweet is hypnotized in the Erie Arson case. Bernard Siegel, Pennsylvania State Prosecutor is removed in 1984 retrial DiNicola for not divulging case information. Someone was planting false testimony in order to convict an innocent man. The arson resulted in two children and an adult male being killed. Edwards is burning repeated houses during this time, killing relentlessly everywhere.
